We are releasing a new series to celebrate iconic places in Southeast Texas. Featuring The Temple to the Brave which can be found next to the Port of Beaumont at 1350 Pennsylvania Ave, Beaumont inside Pipkin Park. She is only open 5 times a year from 2-5 PM. She is free to visit when open to the public.
The Temple to the Brave was originally built by The Daughters of the American Revolution to honor those who served in World War I, and is now a memorial chapel for all who served. It is filled with artifacts from wars the US was involved with and beautiful stained glass windows. The date of the dedication 1932.
This card is printed one color at a time on our over 100 year old printing press. It takes two runs through our letterpress machine. This is a letterpress folded card.
